A Sunday evening couldn't be spent more joyfully: in the south of Spain - on the coast of the Mediterranean - at the majestic edge where the coast meets the sky - in the wake and presence of the incredible Enlightenment Stupa of Benalmadena - with the ever wonderful Khenpo Ngedon giving a public talk inside the stupa - and outside a gorgeous sunset as Benalmadena is softly off to sleep to beckon in the coming day. The ocean and the far off lights of the city dance together in the night - the glowing yellow and white playing off the dazzling blues, burning oranges and crimson reds of the sky, meeting together at the horizon - all the while the mountains of the African coast seem so close you can almost reach out and touch them.
