Kudung - A Gift for Everyone

This film was made for all of you, that's the whole reason I made it, it will be a gift for everyone to enjoy. A joyful example of how much Rinpoche touched all our lives. I was trying to prevent it from being shared only because the film isn't actually complete or ready. The centers screening is an early sneak peek that was never meant to be seen by the full public. To allow communities to come together and watch as a group, cinema style. To allow me the time to make some last minute changes based on how it looks on the big screen. Plus, I have submitted it to quite a few film festivals now, many of which wont accept if the film has been seen online already. That part is very exciting, fingers crossed that it can be in cinemas all over the world!

So thats why - having nothing to do with money, or privacy policies, copyrights or ownership - I simply wanted the film to be shared with everyone only when it was totally ready, in the way that Jigme Rinpoche requested it be shared. Soon everyone will see it, and then I hope you all share it, send it to your friends, spreading it across the globe as it was meant to be. I hope you all can understand, a gift is best when opened at the appropriate time :)

So to those that shared the link, I know it was done with good intentions, or you didn't know it was private, and so all is forgiven. The fact that you all like the film enough to share speaks volumes for me, and for that I couldn't be happier. Let's move past this hiccup and instead rejoice in the coming world wide release of the film, very very soon. You're my Dharma family, and I can't wait to share it with you all.
