Intertwined and connected, I feel a great kindred network, vast and growing, ever strengthened as the days go by.
No matter how far away we are from one another we are always together. This Dharma Family. This incredible gift of love. These precious days spent connecting and growing in this way are of the utmost importance to us all. We share, we grow, we love and writhe against the formalities and difficulties of life saved by the knowledge that in our deepest darkest moments we will always have each other. We have our incredible teachers, fiery and compassionate, they share the wares and fruits of their lifelong labors with us. We have the teachings, pure and encompassing, helping to balm the treacherous waves of life as nothing else can. This life could be full of rank and relished sorrow. We could be lost in the dark. And yet, united as one we can begin to lift this burden. We can melt away this veil of suffering to reveal the innermost and imperfect natures in us all. The great beauty of our hearts are only seen when natural and raw. United we stand, imperfect and vulnerable. United we stand strong and compassionate. United we stand, in these golden memories, coming together with our hearts forever intwined.
