He said that we must always keep in mind the gratitude and thanks we owe to him, for his amazing dedication and decades of hard work, and for his endless support of the Dharma.
He built Montchardon by his own sweat and hard labor, and has inspired countless others to practice the Dharma and dedicate their lives to helping others. It was powerfully moving, and straight from the heart. Standing ovation for both Karmapa and Lama Teunsang. There wasn’t a dry eye in the whole place. He went on to thank everyone else: the volunteers, the cooks, the security and body guards, the light and sound men, the Montchardon residents and even the cleaning crew, everyone got a huge round of applause and cheers all around. Once again, wet eyes everywhere. It was a perfect ending to a perfect event, there was so much joy and laughter and love in the room we were all liable to burst into rainbows.
I have such immense gratitude to both Karmapa and Lama Teunsang for this wonderful gift they have given us, and I wish to offer all my photos from this event so everyone can enjoy and share in what we have all experienced here. They are yours to keep, share and use as you like, all in print quality - my way of saying, from the bottom of my heart: Thank you so much!! Farewell my friends from Grenoble, you are all amazing, thank you for being part of this wonderful Dharma family. Merci beaucoup!!!
