It’s finally here! After three years of waiting, Kagyu Monlam will once again be in Bodh Gaya.

Monlam 2023 - Back Under the Tree

I know we all share in the same excitement and anticipation, Monlam is my absolute favorite time of the year. Everyone gathered under the tree, Karmapa leading the prayers as the entire lineage is together once again. The sounds and colors, the energy in the air. The morning mist and fog, the sunsets as the day fades into dusk. I have missed it dearly. And the food, oh the food is reason enough to go by itself, Momos anyone? 😃

I wish everyone can join this year, it really is a magical time. Hope to see you all there!
