He is so beautiful. I cannot explain how I feel, even now, for my heart will explode with joy. His little eyes shine like tiny stars, his gaze is already teeming with focus. He looks right through you, in his little yellow robe, like a tiny king. The love Karmapa shows him is overwhelming, I was completely blown away. So tender, so sweet, I was crying my eyes out half the day. The way he holds him… one couldn’t ask for a more beautiful moment. And the smile on Karmapa’s face this evening, I’ve never seen anything like it. Sangyum-la was positively glowing, gentle and graceful as ever. I have never seen happier parents! The whole place was screeching with excitement, explosions of applause and laughter, it was outrageous. I know we have all been waiting anxiously to meet him, and today I am so happy to share these moments as he made his first official public appearance here in KIBI.
