We are all so very fortunate to have Dupsing Rinpoche here with us - as always his humor, warmth and compassion with his time are unrivaled as he spends all day with us here in KIBI, keeping our spirits up despite the cold. Sojong continues for many a brave soul and the Gompa is full of practitioners during the breaks and evenings, as well as every teaching session.
Rinpoche has always been one of my favorite subjects to shoot; last year for the same course I was simply amazed at how much he smiles and laughs, how animated his face and body are, how he expresses himself you can feel his excitement and determination as he teaches or leads the evening Chenrezig pujas. This year is no different - he is a joy to photograph; leaving me with simply too many to choose from, so I'll let you all decide which ones are your favorites instead :)
