The moment we crossed into the Auvergne, the world opened up. Welcome to the land of Infinite Sky.

Kundreul Ling - Infinite Sky

The horizon stretches forever, the sky so vast you simply cannot take it all in at once. Some of the most striking sunsets of my life have been here.

In a single day, you can experience every kind of weather. Pouring rain. Wind shaking the walls. Sun-baked, shimmering blue. Once, it hailed like something out of a movie.

The next moment, everything was so calm and quiet you could hear the grass grow.

On the evening Karmapa joined the Chenrezig puja, a double rainbow appeared—so unbelievably vivid that people simply stood there, mouths open.

It blazed across the rolling hills like a burst of color from another realm. Almost shouting to us. Beckoning our gaze and refusing to let go.

There is nowhere else like this.

The land of Infinite Sky.
