How much things have changed for me, and how much I have seen and done. I went from a wandering Dharma Gypsy without a path or home, to a happy, stable, married man with a life of purpose with some inner wealth to match. From tiptoeing into photography out of necessity, to jumping headfirst into a life I couldn’t have dreamed of that requires ten times more time than is possible to given one lifetime. I couldn’t be happier. And I couldn’t have done it without you all. Honestly, I truly want to thank you all for your encouragement, your incredible support, your comments, your questions, your sharing and caring, and your endless love towards me these past six years. I started out as a servant of the lineage, and I really hope that this title remains true to this day. That is my deepest and only wish. For without you, those that I do this for, I simply cannot imagine that I would have the strength do it on my own. You give me purpose. You give me reason and respect. You give me your all, so how could I ever offer you any less? I never plan to. I will always keep going, and our wonderful Dharma family will continue to grow and flourish evermore.
So thank you all for joining in, for making this exceptional, joyful, and wonderful like it always has been. I am already looking forward to next year, and I’ll be here, don’t worry. Saying good bye for now, but see you soon again - Tashi Sho and farewell from Bodh Gaya! All my love to you all,
-Tokpa
