Karmapa told us tonight that the path is the goal. He reminded us to be truly genuine and relaxed in our lives.

Singapore - The Path Is The Goal

We must enjoy the ride, as we risk losing our will, our inspiration, and our practice if we don’t. We must always remember to be brave, but not force ourselves. We must let go of our attachment and concepts of what we think we must be, and simply be who we actually are. We must be courageous, for this is the path less travelled. This is the way that only the strong and willing can survive. To be truly willing means to be free and enjoy the journey, with all its joys and difficulties equally. We can relax into it. We must relax into it. There is no other way to live. But we must remember that there is no finish line, there is no end. We never actually get anywhere. The path is the goal.
